Scope
This policy covers visitors to the Metran Maden Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. website and people requesting quotations, samples or information. Employment, recruitment, CCTV and physical visitor processes require their own notices.
Proportionate use of data
The contact form asks for information needed to assess your request. Company and phone fields are optional. Please do not enter identity documents, payment card details, health information or other sensitive information. When contacting us for another person, only share information you are authorised to provide.
Limits on use
The form sends quotation or sample requests by email and does not create a marketing subscription. Reading this policy or visiting the website is not treated as explicit consent. The Information Notice explains the data categories, purposes and legal grounds.
Protection and access
The administration panel checks authentication and access permissions. Form and sign-in endpoints apply rate limits, origin checks and security tokens. Requests are not kept as an inbox in the panel. Mailbox access, hosting security and backup management remain separate operational responsibilities of the company.
Retention and requests
Email correspondence, server logs and backups may exist in separate systems; the absence of a request record in the website database does not mean all copies have been erased. Once retention is no longer necessary and no legal preservation ground remains, deletion, destruction or anonymisation must be considered. See Data Subject Requests for how to exercise your rights.
