Application methods
You can send a signed written request to the company address, or use an email address previously notified to the company and registered in its system. Secure electronic signature, mobile signature and other methods under the applicable Communiqué remain available. Ordinary email may not establish identity in every case; proportionate additional verification may be needed.
Information to include
Include your name, signature for a written request, Turkish identity number if applicable, or nationality and passport or other identity number if foreign; notification address, available email and phone/fax, and a clear description of your request. Attach only relevant supporting information. If representing someone else, show your authority. Do not enter these details in the quotation form.
Response and remedies
Requests are resolved as soon as possible and within 30 days. Where an additional cost arises, a fee may apply under the Board’s tariff. If rejected, inadequately answered or unanswered in time, your right to complain to the Board within the statutory time limits and conditions remains available.
