Browsing the website
You do not need a visitor account to browse products and sectors. Images, fonts, styles and website scripts are served from the site’s own files. The current application does not use advertising pixels, visitor analytics or embedded third-party video and map components.
Sending a request by email
Send by email delivers your entries to the company’s email system. The administration panel does not keep the request content; messages and backups in the email service are separate. City, district and country are sufficient for an initial delivery assessment. Share a detailed address only when needed.
Choosing WhatsApp
A WhatsApp link opens only when you select it. The prepared request text is passed to WhatsApp, whose own privacy terms then apply. If you do not want to share form details with that service, you can choose email instead.
Safe communication
Provide only information needed for your request. The form does not ask for attachments, identity document copies or payment card information. You may send privacy questions to our contact address. For formal rights requests, use the methods described on the Data Subject Requests page.
Updates
The texts are reviewed when communication channels or website functions change. Read the Personal Data Information Notice for processing purposes and rights, and the Cookie Policy for the browser session identifier.
