Information collected and collection methods
Your name, email, optional company and phone, selected sector, grain size, quantity, packaging, delivery location and message are collected electronically from your form or correspondence. The server automatically processes a session identifier and request information during visits. Abuse prevention uses a keyed hash derived from the IP address and temporary request counters. The hosting server may also produce access and error logs.
Purposes and legal grounds
Necessary processing to assess and answer quotation or sample requests connected with entering into or performing a contract relies on KVKK Article 5(2)(c). Business communications with company representatives and website security rely on legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f), subject to fundamental rights. Legal claims rely on Article 5(2)(e), and mandatory legal duties on Article 5(2)(ç). Data unnecessary for these purposes is not requested.
Recipients and transfer purposes
Requests reach authorised company contact staff. Hosting and email providers may process information necessary to deliver their technical services. Where legally required, information may be disclosed to competent public authorities or authorised advisers handling legal disputes. The form does not automatically subscribe you to an advertising list.
WhatsApp and international processing
WhatsApp is optional. Clicking its button passes form details to WhatsApp in a link; you complete sending in the opened application. WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure may process data abroad. Selecting this channel is not blanket consent for all transfers. International transfers involving the company’s hosting or email infrastructure require a separate basis under KVKK Article 9. You can also use email.
Retention approach
Form requests are not archived in the website database; SMTP sends them to the company mailbox. Messages and correspondence exist in the mail system. Retention depends on the request’s purpose, any contract, applicable legal obligations and preservation of legal claims. Session cookies and temporary security counters serve separate purposes, described in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you may learn about processing, purposes and recipients; request correction and, where conditions are met, erasure or destruction and notification to recipients.
